In 2017, I started catering a school lunch program for Primavera Preschool: Spanish and Nature Immersion. The menu is Vegetarian Global Spanish.  In 2018, I started adding Culinary Detours to tie in with our themed in-school monthly cooking classes celebrating Primavera diversity.
